Hi all, i'm new to the forum but boy do I need some help!
Ok here goes...
I took a loan at a ridiculously high interest rate about 7 years ago and couldn't keep up the payments...the loan was for 5k as I remember and in my stupidity I agreed to repay £13k!!!! I don't have any of the original paperwork and I now make regular payments to Caboot at a reduced rate of £40 per month as agreed...I have made these payments for the last four years(ish)...questions are- how do I find out if PPI was included AND as I initially struggled to keep up repayments will this prevent me from reclaiming these if this is the case? I know I was a very silly boy back then but now I am on top of all my finances but this one haunts me a little as I cant help but think it was the biggest rip off of all time. can anyone shed any light on this? thanks in advance
