Tom Tom (The sat nav people) have one, you can input the time and day you wish to travel and it changes the route accordingly. I haven't used it much so am unable to comment on its effectiveness, but it seems more directed at the need to avoid traffic than other sites.
I can't post a link as i'm new but if you Google Tom Tom route planner it will take you to the page.0 -
Use the "Distance Measurement Tool" on Google maps and work it out for yourself.
No website could ever accurately tell you a travel time...... Nothing/nobody can predict whether Arthur and Doris have driven their Yaris the wrong way around a major island and caused a county wide 500 car traffic jam.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Google Maps told me it would take 3hrs to get to Spalding. I managed it in 2hrs 15mins....0

AA route planner says 15 mins for the 9.8 mile journey to where I used to work.
On a bad day, with morning traffic and stuck behind Arthur and Doris doing 30 in a 60, it's a 45 min drive
On a good day, at 5am it's a 6 minute drive
