BM savings Online

I see that BM (Birmingham Midshires) savings are offering a "good" rate of interest (2.75%).
Looking at their security (against online theft) I see that they offer a lot of advice to their customers and provide a certain level of security too.
Does anybody know if savings are protected against theft (that is, if an account is hacked, due to no fault of the saver, will BM refund the money)?
Lets face it Sony and Nintendo has recently been hacked so it can't be too difficult to hack a "commom" persons account (no offence ment).

You call 2.75% good?
You can get 3% in a lot of places.
Protection against 'theft' (as you call it) is similar with all banks - although you will find that some of them are more difficult than others to rectify/correct any problems.0 -
If you're account is hit by fraud they'll reimburse.
www.theaa.com/savings is operated by BM and pays 2.80%.
