Terrible service from Lombok. Bought a complete set of Canton bedroom furniture with accessories from their store thinking they looked like a decent company. Big mistake, 5 months later and its been a complete nightmare. Items still not delivered or suddenly told no longer available. Forget customer service also, they don't bother to inform you of the situation or just don't care. Best to avoid this badly run company.

How did you pay? If by Credit Card...contact them and tell them you want to make a s75 claim.0 -
Bought a table and 6 chairs in early March, Table delivered fine, was told to expect chairs in mid May,I contacted the store; told to expect chairs end July, nearly 6 months after I bought them! Customer services didn't care neither did the store staff, even e-mail the managing director, no reply!
I will not be using them. Could have flown to Indonesia and bought them!0 -

...you do know it's only early June? Or have you just happened across this thread a year or so on and joined MSE to say so...what are the chances of that?0
