Which Flow Restrictor Seat on WC Filling Valve?

I'm fitting a replacement filling valve on a bathroom toilet. The replacement is a Delchem bottom entry valve, The instructions are all clear, except it comes with 2 flow restrictor seats: a high pressure one (white), for min 3 bar pressure and up to 14 bar, and a low pressure one (red) for 3 bar and below. The default (already fitted) is the white HP one.
How do I know which one to use except by measuring my water pressure?
The cistern is fed direct from the mains (no cold water tank in the property, combi boiler), so will I be OK with the white HP one?

Good evening: the OH says 'use the white'.

LP for tank fed, HP for mains. The distaff side be right. Use the white one.

White it is...just got to stop it leaking from around the back nut now, grr...

Plumbers Mait below the sealing washer & above the back nut.
