The Prize is for one winner and one guest of the winner to receive a trip for two to the Algarve (the “Prize”).
There is only one Prize (1) in total for the entire Promotion.
There are also twenty runners-up prizes (20) available in total for the entire Promotion. The runner-up prize is a Summer Taster Box of Mateus® that includes 2 x 750ml bottles of each of Mateus Ros!® wine, Mateus® Original, Mateus® Sparkling Ros!, and Mateus® Shiraz (the “Runner-Up Prize”).

Only one entry per person is allowed. Any third party entries, multiple entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.

The Prize includes:

• Economy class return flights for the winner and the guest to travel together to the Algarve from any London airport; and
• Two (2) night’s accommodation including breakfast each day at a four star hotel accommodation in the Algarve.

This Prize needs to be taken by the 1st July 2012 and excludes Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank Holidays.

• The Promoter has the right to organise all travel arrangements and the accommodation which are subject to availability and must be made:
  • by or through the Promoter’s chosen travel agent;
  • on a carrier of the Promoter’s choice; and
  • at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of travel.
• The winner and winner’s guest are responsible for all trip expenses not specified in these terms and conditions as being included such as taxes (other than those related to the air transportation), ground transportation (such as taxis and buses), travel insurance and gratuities.
• Other restrictions may apply.
• Once flights and accommodation details are confirmed by the Promoter’s chosen travel agent (on behalf of the Promoter), no change will be possible.
• The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may cause the winner and/or winner’s guest to change or cancel their booking.

What is the closing date?
The closing date for Registration Forms to be received by the Promoter is 23:59 on 31st October 2011 (Edinburgh/London time). The Promoter’s decision about whether a Registration Form has been received in time will be final.
How will the winner be chosen?
The winner of the Prize will be the first name drawn at random under the supervision of an independent judging organisation (whose decisions are final in all respects) from the database of all the filled out Registration Forms submitted before the closing date.
The draw will take place on 1st November 2011.
