EDF Fixed S@ver v2 - quick question

Hi, can someone please clarify the following for me... Ran a comparison, and the results as follows:

OVO New Energy Fixed £587 (yearly spend)

EDF Fixed S@ver v2 £615 (yearly spend)

Looking at the details for the EDF one it says
Direct debit customers receive a discount of 6% off their total annual bill. Electricity-only customers not connected to the mains gas supply will receive an additional discount of £8.40 per year (not included in your savings figure).

Does this mean that the actual yearly spend would be £615 minus 6%, and minus another £8.40? (I am electricity only).

Also, going through Energyhelpline would I get £15 cashback switch cashback in addition to £14 Quidco if I go via there first?

Thanks.
