ok rabbitmad Im sorry and this will be my last post
Im sorry again0 -
And the Claimants asks that the court make an order:
1. That the person who appears to the court to be holding the deposit do repay it to the Claimants, in accordance with section 214(3) of the Housing Act 2004.
As I said in posts #5 and #11, and #48, and #54, (and probably in other posts, too) you cannot claim against LL (or agent) under s.214 Housing Act 2004 after the tenancy has ended. You can only claim for return of the deposit.
You don't cite s.214 to claim for return of the deposit. You just say you're claiming for return of your deposit of £x paid on [date] in respect of the tenancy between you/LL of X property between [date] and [date].0 -
thank you may-fair for your help and advices and I did as you said exactely and didnt cite s.214 was deleted0
