    As I said in posts #5 and #11, and #48, and #54, (and probably in other posts, too) you cannot claim against LL (or agent) under s.214 Housing Act 2004 after the tenancy has ended. You can only claim for return of the deposit.

    You don't cite s.214 to claim for return of the deposit. You just say you're claiming for return of your deposit of £x paid on [date] in respect of the tenancy between you/LL of X property between [date] and [date].

    Hi,

    for update

    yesterday the new LL's solisitor called me and asked fo my bank details so they can make the payment :T
    finaly I got my deposit back + court fee + interests
    thanks God my journey is over now with success :T

    I want to say thank you to everyone helped me on this matter
