Cancelled card - pending transactions

As I said yesterday, lost my card so it was cancelled. I've had an email from a clothes company I ordered from online saying some items were out of stock and they will refund my card. Will I still get this refund? What about the transactions I have made before cancelling, does anyone know if they will go through okay? They were accepted at the time, just not showing up on my online account although I know it takes its time. I would phone M&S but its a 0845 number and I always end up with someone who doesn't understand what I mean and have to re-word my question about 100x over. Thanks again!

Any transactions put through before the card was axed will go through as normal (2 to 3 days to hit the card) your card co will be able to see any pending transactions even though you cant

Any refunds placed onto the card will go through as normal too (upto 10 working days, depending on retailer).

I had a stolen card cancelled recently and a transaction that I'd done a couple of days before seems to have made it onto my account OK so I imagine yours will too. I'm not sure about the refund but I would hope it will get redirected to your new card.

If the M&S number you're referring to is 0845 900 0900 then saynoto0870 gives two alternatives, 01244 879080 and 0800 363459.
