For those that manage to get these .... well done. However, I would point out that to prevent any squabbles with CS I personally would pay the £30 then come back the following day. If you go straight from checkout to CS it will be obvious what you were doing. DTD *should* be comapny wide but as a number of people have seen, some stores are a law unto themselves. At the end of the day, even if you live 30 mins from a store, you still save a lot of money compared to petrol costs and there's more chance you'll get your DTD.
P.S. anyone want to donate one to me0 -

I completely disagree with this.
It's perfectly reasonable to check your receipt before you leave the store. If you then notice you have been overcharged you go to customer services.
In my opinion, it's much more hassle to go back to the store later and there is no advantage to using this approach.
I've received dozens of R&R and DTD refunds and I've never left the store first.

And this is why I am suggesting that going straight to CS after 'overpaying' by £15 is risky. You might end up with more hassle phoning up and complaining all to have the same end result. I can see how someone wouldn't notice anything under say £5 extra on their bill depending on how big the shopping bill was but if you only have a few things then you *should* realistically have noticed your total to be that high.
This is a great glitch and yes I'm jealous that there appear to be none in Northern Ireland but if I did find one I would hold off claiming the DTD so I don't get trouted. Also, if you go to CS immediately you are preventing other MSEers from possibly getting hold of one that may be on the shelf. There are a number of people in NI and Scotland who will be PMing eachother in these circumstances so that we can grab the bargains before the stores cotton on.0 -
I managed to get this last night no bother, nice CS lady told me I was now getting the blocks for free as you get DTD back, I didn't have to ask or anything! Allthough my heart did skip a beat when I first went up and told her and she turned away and went straight on the phone, but she was only getting someone to go check there wasn't anymore!! Can you tell it was my first time?! LOL...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

I agree with caz2703 that in future it might be worth leaving a day and posting on here so other peeps can get a look in
However I do lose alot of sleep until I successfully get my DtD
I tried to get the DTD on the 3 mega blocks I bought last night and was told couldnt be processed by the night manager at my local town centre store. The manger there said I couldn't, so had to trek across town to sort at the original extra store where it was sorted no problems. All stickers though had been finally removed from the boxes 5 days after my original DTD on the same itemGRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!0
