Free mega blocks - tesco

Aww i was desperate for some but after checking SIX stores and travelling 50miles round trip, I have not even found any of these megablocks . Gutted as its my little boy and nephews birthdays coming up and would have loved these. Ah well, better luck next time and well done to those who got them

Me too, I've checked 4 stores (1 60 miles away, but I was going past anyway) and no megablocks, really wanted them for a xmas present for my nephew. Oh well, theres always another glitch!

Aaaargh, I saw these megablocks in Gallions Reach last week when I was looking for the bloody wrapping paper. Wish I knew about the blocks then as there were loads. I went after work and found them, but the sticker had been removed. I'm totally gutted now!!!

Found 2 in my store today (Ashford kent) 1 had the sticker scratched away the other didnt...guess which one I bought

Will be returning tomorrow for DTD :T

Grr this is annoying. I was in the store and asked for DTD, but an OFF-DUTY member of staff said that no, not on reduced items. So not only did she do me out of DTD, but she wasn't even working at the time! I gave up and said I'd speak to head office. I wasn't going to bother, but now I think I'll see what they say.

just been back into my store fully expecting all stickers to have been removed following my purchase and DTD on 2 megblocks on tuesday

i can't believe how dumb tesco staff are, the lady that served me the other day was muttering we'll have to do soemthing about those and yet all the stickers with a full shelf of mega blocks still exactly the same

so i bought 3 more:Dmixed in with £100 odd clothes though and a few strawberry tarts:D:D

the duty night manager tried to give me just the difference until I pointed out the sign then he had to make several calls before confirming I was right however now decided I will have to go back in the morning as he cannot do this at night, what a load of baloney! And the prat scribbled all over my receipt but i made him write his full name overcharge and DTD!!! will be back in the morning, should demand bloomin petrol money too!

One still avaliable in Telford Extra today.(near sainsburys)
Most have had stickers scratched off but one still has a perfect sticker on, Didnt buy it but turned it round so sticker not showing.
So if anyone else wants it just check for the sticker.

Right next to the self scan too, and scanning at £30.

Went in to Tesco today for a regular shop fully expecting not to find anything but there were 2 boxes in the toy isle upstairs and both with perfectly intact half price stickers on. I bought them both (one for my 3 year old and 1 for my nephew) and they scanned through at £30. Unfortunately the customer services point was ridiculously busy so decided to go home and return either tomorrow or later in the week or DTD.
Quite excited (bit nervous too) as I've never done this before.
Thanks OP and everyone for their advice on what to do.
