The DTD sign is usually located behind the customer service desk. It is a blue and white sign with various items on it, one of which is headed "if things dont add up". This is towards the bottom of this notice. It is still displayed in full in my local Extra store0

Went shopping 5.30 am yesterday, got 1 box but no tills open so was directed to Self Service.
Not returned for DTD yet as I know they will say I should have noticed when I went through SS.
Help needed please- what do I say if they use this as their argument.0 -

I emailed customer service recently because I was fed up with 'not in this instance' and asked for a copy of terms and conditions relating to DTD. I received a phone call where they stated that there wasn't an instance where DTD didn't apply if you had been overcharged, except when going through the SS because you had effectively authorised the payment yourself. So you might have to stand your ground and be prepared to argue your case.0 -

You didn't spot the £15 sticker until you got home? If you act like you thought the £30 price you paid was what you were expecting to pay then how would you have noticed you were overcharged?0 -
