From memory, you cannot downgrade within 1 year, but after that, it's 1 month notice"Hope for the Best
Prepare for the worst"0 -
When I downgraded from the Advance account I sent an email through internet banking politely asking to downgrade but also stating that I did not wish to receive a call from their retentions team (who try to change your mind) and that I was certain this is what I wanted to do. My account was downgraded in 48 hrs, no problems, no fees. It's nice to be importantbut important to be nice

Thanks everyone for your help with this, I have sent an email through internet banking as suggested so hopefully this will sort it.
Thanks again
