Problems with E-on
I have had loads of problems with E-on, the lastest I called up around 2-3 weeks ago to change my direct debit payment to come out on the 14th (payday), lady on the phone really nice thats all sorted for you, they took the money today 6th..... i knew they would, honestly after i hung up i just had that feeling (which i get alot with e-on) so annoyed as its the week before payday the money i had left was for my car insurance and my daughters birthday party.
But i know if i phone them they wont give me the money back as i had a problem before where they took money twice and wouldnt give it me back, even tho the first guy i called said they would, and when i called the next day to conifrm he said they wouldnt but will double check and call me back...never got a call.
Honestly i could go on, i never had any problems where i used to live with e-on, been in this house 2 years nearly and i have a never ending list of problems with e-on.
Is there any companies anyone can recommend? i know everyone has problems but 2 years of non-stop problems is too stressful now. I dont want to call yet again, as i dont want to be getting stressed with the staff. Just want to change and move on. Feel like ive been robbed taking money when i wasn't expecting it...argh!

Hi babyxxxxx,
First of all I'm really sorry about all of these problems that you have had with E.ON, things like this really shouldn't be causing such a problem to be honest.
If there has been an error with the Direct Debit, you can request an indemnity claim through your bank under the Direct Debit guarantee to claim your payment back.
If you could also send me your account number and details to the email address in my profile page I will look in to what has gone wrong here and why the date wasn't changed. This needs to be looked at if advisors are saying they will do something then don't.
If you need my help with any issues, just let me know.
