Hi there, I'm about to reclaim my charges from Barclaycard and Capital One, hopefully will make a big dent on my debt with them.
Question 1, where do I send the 2nd letters to? is the customer service address fine?
Question 2, I'm paperless billing with Capital One, thus I receive NO letters from them at all about being over my limit or late payments, the only notification I get is an extra transaction on my statement. Does this mean I can claim the whole charge back and not settle for the OFT £12 stuff, as the charge is for sending a letter which I don't receive!

Since joining this site I've claimed back £1,151.97 from Barclaycard and £975.83 from Capital One, cancelled my £45/month O2 contract and feel almost FREE!!!

I sent the 2nd letters to the return address on the reply from the 1st letter (if that makes sense?) Claim for the full amount not just the £12 - have claimed with both cap1 and barclaycard and they both paid up on the full charges for me. Good luck with it.0
