help save street cats and dogs in Patara, Turkey

This year I have raised about one thousand pounds through donations and collection boxes to help care for street animals in Patara, Turkey. The money has been used to sterilize 21 cats and to provide food for cats and dogs during the winter months( 400 kilos).I have the help of a local vet who provides his time freely and have been supported by both Turks and tourists in donations of money, food, cat baskets and traps etc. The village mayor scrutinises and signs the bank records. He has included me in the tourist manifesto for the village and supports me 100%.
Any ideas how I can raise more money to support and develop this work into vaccinations and a broader sterilization programme?
All ideas gratefully received.
