Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 09012 93 33 33 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 83336 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 83336 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

Prize:

The prize is a cheque for £30,000 (thirty thousand pounds) payable in the name of the winner only, and a selection of white goods appliances deliverable to the winner’s UK home address (the “appliances”). The appliances include a G-Series three-door refrigerator (RFG23DERS), a dual cook oven (BQ2Q7G078), an Induction hob (CTI613GIN), a 12kg washing machine (WF1124XAC), a 8kg Condenser tumble dryer (SDC18809) and a Samsung Navibot robot vacuum cleaner (VCR8855L4B).

The winner must be a homeowner or obtain permission from the homeowner before seeking to take up the appliances element of the prize. Where relevant, failure to obtain such permission may result in the winner being required to nominate another person to take up the appliances or in the forfeiture of the appliances element of the prize. The prize includes installation of the appliances provided there are appropriate pre-existing connections for each of the appliances, including but not limited to gas, waste pipes, water and electricity in the winner’s UK home address to carry out such installation. The prize also includes the removal of any old appliance owned by the winner at the winner’s UK home address which is being replaced by any of the appliances included in the prize. Each appliance included in the prize includes a standard 2-year warranty including parts except the washing machine which includes a 5-year parts warranty and a 10-year motor warranty. Please note that appliances are not for commercial or semi-commercial use, as this will invalidate any warranty included in the prize.

For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes any associated costs and expenses not included in the prize including but not limited to new plumbing, waste pipes, electricity cables gas supply and the installation, connection or removal of any appliance not included in the prize. It is the winner’s responsibility to provide, install and pay for any plumbing, waste pipes, electricity and/or gas products and supply which may be required to ensure the appliance operates at its full potential or to take up the prize. Such costs and expenses are not reimbursable.

For the purposes of delivery of the appliances, please note that the winner will be required to provide the prize provider with information on passageway/access restrictions at the delivery address, such information to include without limitation, measurement of the entrance doors. The prize provider may also carry out a physical survey of the property for delivery purposes. Where it is deemed necessary for delivery of the prize, it may be necessary for the prize provider to remove the doors or frames of any appliance or otherwise to successfully deliver an appliance. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier.
