Rough idea of cost of repairs?
Car (Renault Kangoo) has failed its MOT & needs the following:
2 tyres
2 wiper blades
2 sets of brake discs and pads
4 suspension arm rubber bushes
Any ball park idea of what I might be expecting to pay to get this done?
I can probably manage to fit the wiper blades myself but not much else!
Thanks

All depends on where you live and if you are going to a dealer or independent. Most independents around here charge about £35 an hour labour. Official time for brake discs is 1 hour including pad change. Suspension arm bushes 3.1hrs per side, so its quite a bit of labour plus parts of course. Have a search on ebay for an idea how much discs and pads are, would imagine about £50 though. Tyres, depends on the size, check out blackcircle on the internet for a price. Ring a few places round for some quotes.0

Best quote I can get is just under £500 inc. VAT which seems fair based on your estimates for labour time. Thanks for your help.0
