help with my appeal date for dla

3year ago i put in for dla through having depression and anxiety. they sent out 1 of there doctors. i wasnt having any counciling or on any medication and told the doctor this 2wees later i got a letter saying my application had passed for low rate mobility. the renewal date came now taking maxiam dosage of cilapram having counciling suffering from severe depression have regular panic attacks and have lost 3stone in a matter of months. and they say im not entilted to receive dla now. a member from the cab office came and filled out an appeal form which got the same reply that i wasnt entilted to it. so she appealed again stating i was entilted to it. now my appeal dates due and the lady rem the cab office as been made redundant who else will come with me and put my case forward? can anybody advise me please.

    Get back in touch with the CAB and see if anybody else there can help. if they can't ask if they know of another advisor in your area who could.
