Redoing small bathroom

We are going to be getting our bathroom redone in our solid wall house. The bathroom is quite small so we are looking to create and have as much space as we can. A few questions for people who may have carried out this work on their solid walled house or advice from builders.

How can I insulate our walls internally? We currently don't have a radiator in our bathroom but we will add a space saving one. I have read about Sempatap but not sure what result this would give when the bathroom is fully tilted. I assume you will be able to push the tiles in slightly as it is a spongy material? There were also discussions about condensation and that it could rot the floorboards over time?

How best can I utilise space? I am thinking of attaching the sink and toilet directly to the wall. Is this possible in a solid walled house and how do I get to the pipes if something goes wrong?

Does a heated towel rail give out enough heat to warm a small bathroom?

Bathroom is approx 6.5ft x 6.5ft

If there are any other tips please just add them here.

Thank,
C
