Are FOS still reconsidering this? if they are just hang fire.
Thanks amersall. I phoned today and my case is still in the system waiting for an ombudsman. The person I spoke to seemed really helpful and suggested that the system might start moving again now that the review is over, so we shall see. I'll sit tight and see what happens.0
