Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 0901 29 30 678 and follow instructions; up to 9 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. This can be repeated 3 times to reach the 9 limit. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 84644 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 9 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 84644 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw a third time for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated 3 times to reach the 9 entries limit. Except for every third SMS text entry as set out above, the entrant’s SMS text entries each costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 9 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs no more than £1.03.

· Online – go to www.itv.com/pop and follow instructions; up to 9 entries per phone number.

Prize:

The prize includes a cheque for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) payable in the name of the winner only and deliverable within 28 days of winner confirmation, and a trip to Verona, Italy for five consecutive nights for the winner and an adult companion (the “Verona trip”) which includes:

· Return economy flights from London to Verona, Italy;

· Return transfers from the airport in Verona to the hotel;

· Five-nights 5-star hotel accommodation in Verona on bed-and-breakfast basis based on two people sharing twin rooms (two people per room);

· Gold Seating tickets to see ‘La Boheme’ on Friday, 2 September 2011;

· Gold Seating tickets to see ‘Aida’ on Saturday, 3 September 2011;

· A tour of Verona; and

· Travel insurance, subject to restrictions and terms and conditions of such insurance. It is the winner’s responsibility to cover any costs arising from any pre-existing medical condition.

The Verona trip must be taken up between 1 and 6 September 2011 inclusive. Tickets to the La Boheme and Aida (the “opera performances”) on 2 and 3 September are subject to availability and scheduling. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they and their companion are available to take up the prize on the relevant dates. The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that the opera performances do not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

It is the winner’s responsibility to make sure that they and their companion have a full current and valid passport and visa to travel to Ireland. Passports must be valid to travel with a minimum of six (6) months left on the passport at the date of travel to Italy. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay for visas for the traveling party; and (ii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions. It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange for and pay for travel to and from the UK airport, and to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize excludes UK ground transfers, additional meals and drinks, additional travel/transportation, car hire, fuel, excursions, treatments, hotel charges, room service, personal expenses, visas, insurance not included in the prize and any additional charges, taxes, fees, costs and expenses not included in the prize.
