Small Claims Court Prodecure?

Hello everyone,
I'm very sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but I am at the Moneyclaim stage of my £3909 claim against NatWest and I want to be prepared for the worst (ie if they basically tell me "do your worst, we're NatWest, you're our !!!!! now, mwah ha ha").
Is there a step by step procedure for the court process anywhere on the site? It would be really useful to read up on it in advance so I can get my not-very-lawyerly head round it!
Thanks very much!
Catherine

OK Sod's law states that as soon as I posted that message I found the answer! See "Further Resources" under the main Reclaim Bank Charges article.
Fingers crossed for everyone in the run up to Christmas!

Don`t be afraid of these comedians.
It doesn`t matter who they are, once you issue the summons they have three choices.
1 cough up and shut up
2 defend the action
If they bother to turn up,they have their say before a judge (just in an office, not a courtroom)
and you have your say.
Then the judge decides
3 ignor the summons (you win by default)
Don`t be surprised that they wait right up to the minute you go up the steps to the courthouse before settling with you (it`s all kidology with them.0
