Bank request sent to branch

Hi,

I've just sent off the first letter, asking for my information, to Barlcays. I sent it to my old branch (the account is now closed), and included the £10 cheque. Will this get processed? I didn't read through the site fully beforehand, so didn't see the list of bank addresses here.

Will it matter, shouldn't the branch deal with it anyway?

I'm dealing with six claims for different people. In every case, I've sent all the letters to the persons own branch. This has been fine every time.
