faulty card reader.

Hi Everyone

I have a heon card reader a in 1 usb 2.0 high speed. It worked last time we used it , I tried to install it yesterday updated the software. It shows up on my computer as a d drive and then various other drives. but then crashes, when I up in the memory card. All the lights come on it. The firewall says it is on there so that is not blocking it. But I do not know what to do now.

Plaese can you help me with this problem.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Goto DEVICE MANAGER and uninstall the driver
Uninstall the software (if it put any on)

    Reboot the computer
If it doesnt automatically install the driver, put the driver disc in the computer, go back to DEVICE MANAGER, RIGHT CLICK and select to UPDATE DRIVER for it (there will be a yellow exclamation mark next to it). You may need to point it in the direction of your disc drive if it says no driver found
