9 Beeps on startup

Hi guys, my computer decided not to work today and when its power up it makes 2 very quick beeps ( 2 beeps in 1/2 a second) followed by 9 beeps with nothing being displayed on the computer screen etc but does not power down until i press either the reset button or power button.
I have tried clearing CMOS using the jumbers, purchased a new battery incase it was that and removed the graphics card but still get the beeps.
Any idea what it could be as I've tryed everything I know off. The problem is that I can't see anything on the screen as no signal is being received but nothings wrong with the monitor as it works on the other computer.
Motherboared is Asrock 939 Dual Sata II, can't remember exact name of CPU but its a AMD 4200 X2.
Any help appreciated.

Hi Closed.
Yeah it say its a:
ROM checksum error The ROM checksum does not match that of the BIOS
but I have no idea how to fix that, is my motherboard gone?0 -
depends on bios, is there no reset bios to defaults inside the bios, is battery and ram correctly seated!!

Battery and RAM are both fine. How does one reset the BIOS as the screen will not display anything so I cant do it that way. Is there a option to do it physically on the MB without taking chipsets out or soldering?0

A BIOS reset on some machines is nothing more than removing the battery for a few seconds with the machine powered off. On other motherboards you may need to move a jumper as well as removing the battery, read the manual for instructions on how to reset the BIOS back to default.Remember kids, it's the volts that jolt and the mills that kill.0 -
I've done all that, mentioned it in the first post I think.
The motherboard manual on the website does not say much at all nor tells you what the beeps mean, ain't getting a Asrock motherboard ever again.0
