Credit card and Paypal advice

I am currently studying and working part time but my student overdraft at my bank has come to an end and they are not willing to extend it. Therefore I am now being charged £1 per day with little prospect of it being paid off any time soon. I have a credit card with a 9.9% interest rate with £1500 available to spend. Is it possible to make a payment to a paypal account from my credit card and then transfer this money to my bank account?
