I have a gutter man.. he comes from round or way.. and he can play.. what can he play? ... he pays the drill!!.. ZZZzzzzzzzzzZZZZzzzzzzzzzzZzzzzzzzzzzzZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Oooh.. that made me think of Diva <3 Songs on Fred..

He turned up anyway.. :D .. back and front gutters both removed and the front one is just being flung back up :D

    Baby fed
    cuppa swilled..
Best gather up some laundry and get the machines on.
I have a mountain of rubbish from the garden to go in the wheelie bin once the gutter is gone from the alley and we can get the bin down to the back

I MUST clean up the lily pollen which is making me sneeze horrendously.. I've been fine all weekend.

    Morning all

I've done the kitchen/diner, the living room, hallway/computer desk and up the stairs - all properly cleaned. While the kitchen floor was drying I went upstairs and tidied up some of DH's stuff in the back bedroom (cleared it with him first ;)) and polished and dusted the bookshelves. When the cats get up I plan to take the vacuum upstairs and do the landing and bedrooms. No point waking up the cats when they're quiet! Well, fairly quiet, one of them snores.....

I've got some washing out on the line so I hope it dries, it's quite humid out there today.

Going to try some catching up now, hope everyone's OK.

Not feeling the love today, big troubles here last night.

TD was filled, plug in etc but I forgot to turn timing dial so I have wasted an hour. Whirley thing is back in action but Mr Sky is very dark. I'm going to try HHC now to keep spirits up.

  • You got loads done Holly! :T

    In my HHC I:
I emptied and put away the whirly (mostly cos I couldnt get in the kitchen when it's there)
put away the dishes on the drainer.
collected dishes from round the house.
filled up and put on the DW.
and did the wash by hand dishes.

NOTE TO SELF: When having scrambled eggs make them in the Microwave!!!!!
I hate that scrambled egg pan! mostly my fault, was yesterdays lunch  whoops!

will have another go at that pan, wipe down the surfaces and have a shower - I'm all back to front today :rotfl:

The place is looking better already! It seems that once you start flying you can't help but add the S&S and sweep of the wood floor on a daily basis as well as straightening stuff as you pass! Mum walked in at the weekend and said "gosh, this is tidy"!

OH said "I see you've started with the Flyladies again then :T".

Hope you're all ok, sorry I can't hang around more or post often. I'm supposed to be working as I type.

Thanks as ever to Pigpen and Toots :A:A:A You are such troopers! I was so glad to see that you guys still run this thread.
