I believe a Lloyds TSB Under 19's account can go overdrawn, although if you are under 18 it states they don't charge but I guess they will chase you somehow to pay it back or get you when you do reach 18.David

However you got that overdraft, ensure it's cleared by your 18th birthday. You don't want to start your financial records with black marks.0
