This Google Streetview direct link looks like a match to me.
And zooming in on front door shows it as number 4.
Sales Date: 30/11/2001

I've got about 20 websites and 20 directories that need sorting out if you've got a spare 2 years.0 -

Next door sold for £205k in April 2010, Zoopla says that one'd be £195k now.
The figure that I have (I think it's number 6) was £159,995 in May 2003. It then sold for £196,000 in Sept 2006.
I think the property that PastureNew has found is number 30 and having checked on Street view its a different colour brick.
No.10 (3 beds) sold for £205,000 last year but that is a linked detached.0 -

The first house was so obviously dressed up to sell that I'd give it a miss. Much better to buy a slightly dowdier one. By the time the present owners have moved out you'll need to redecorate anyway, so why pay a premium price for one that's been dressed up?No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

By the way, is it the same bunch of twigs in both those photos? They look the same, and it's easy to move them around. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
