Stuffed Chicken breast cooking question??

Options
Hi all,
]quick question as my cookery book lacks the answer.

I've stuffed two large chicken breasts with a pesto, breadcrumb, garlic, cheese type stuffing, then wrapped each breast in two large rashers of bacon.

I have no idea how long to cook these for or on what temperature?

I have a electric fan oven.

Can anyone help?

Many thanks,

Shoes x

About 45 mins on 180 - I usually cover dish with foil for about first 20 mins so bacon doesn't dry out.
Sounds lovely - I was undecided for dinner today you've just made my mind up:T
Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.

i tend to cook everything at 180! Do them for twenty mins then check them. YOu are looking for juices running clear/no pinkness. Does this help? Largely depends on the size how long they take etc

    ill merge this later on

180C in a fan oven for 45 minutes was spot on. Covered them with foil for 20 minutes and then the last 25 minutes without. Result was crispy bacon but not dried out and perfectly cooked chicken which was still juicy.

    Thanks

I know, sometimes my Mum (yes really) will ring and ask what temperature to cook something and it's always 180 (unless it's baking where i follow the recipe!!!):p
