Ive just recieved 4 WEMS too.

Happy with the first two prizes as at least I can use them, but cant use the last two as were with Virgin Media for TV and also Ive had the free photo prints one before. Have sent them an email regarding the sky pass to see if theres anything they can do

Hiya - just noticed this post. I've been playing on Facebook, and posted a picture of the error I've been getting, so they are looking into it for me.
Got 2 winning emails for a PC game and T-shirt. Won these already previously, but DH is thrilled that he can get another game, so not too disappointed :j

It's a download. You get a code in the winning email to put into the checkout bit and it downloads it for you.
Sorry can't give any more info DH sorted it out for himself and my explaination here is about as technical as it gets for me lol.:rotfl:

I won this when the comp first started, got it (well them) delivered when comp first started.

They are just a plastic mat with a target on them, when I asked customer services before they arrived they told me they were to throw your dorito chips at :rotfl:

Anyway there was a glitch which meant that all winners got their prize 3x so I have three of them here! :rotfl:
