High quality garden furniture

Sorry - not sure where the best place post this is, but you seem like the kind of people who should know!
I'm looking for the highest possible quality wooden (teak) garden furniture for the cheapest possible price. I need a table (poss with parasol) and 4-6 chairs. I've bought bargains before which look nice, but fall apart in a year or two! I want something that can be left out all year round and still survive. For instance someone I know bought chairs from "indian ocean trading" 15 years ago and (with minor maintenance) they're still going strong today. The problem is they are currently around £300+ per chair!
Anyone know of great quality garden furniture at affordable prices?

I'm not a lawyer, so this is just my opinion. Don't go acting on legal advice you get from a stranger on the internet!

I second John Lewis.
My MIl bought a long teak table and 8 chairs in 1992 from them, still beautiful and outside all year round.
She puts teak oil on all the pieces in the autumn every year which takes an hour or 2 to do and that's it.0 -
Although John Lewis don't recommend using teak oil:
"If you prefer the furniture to look less weathered, it’s possible to restore some of the original colour of the timber through a 3-stage process: applying teak cleaner followed by teak brightener, then finishing off with a sealer or teak oil - though we don’t actually recommend this."
I did quite a bit of reading about teak oil when I got my bench. Most of the places that recommend it are those that sell it. It seems that there is absolutely no need to oil teak if it is of good quality (which my bench probably isn't, very!)

Depends where you live and what your budget is?
This place is near me and it's good quality stuff. But they start at £699 for a set and the Deluxe one is £1k.
I guess you get what you pay for!The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity.

Thanks for the suggestions. I particularly like the look of Kingshallfurniture, so will have a closer look.
Please keep the suggestions coming though!I'm not a lawyer, so this is just my opinion. Don't go acting on legal advice you get from a stranger on the internet!0 -
From the pictures Kingshall look like semi-machine made. I would highly recommend reading this:

I have no idea.... the only thing I do remember is that they use Grade A teak.
I guess the answer would be to go ask.The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity.

i'm one of those duped out of several hundred pound, waiting for an order that isnt going to arrive, from a company whose website is down, whose sales number does not accept incoming calls, and whose other customer service number is registering as voice mail full. it wd seem to have gone ... and taken our money with it. do not touch.0
