Just phoned velvet again and asked where's my list of plays etc, which they said would email to me. Lo and behold they phoned back 10 minutes later to say emailed.

Got 9 page list of times played and amounts won.

Gonna have to have a think about what to do next.

When I asked for the Legal department managers name like Dawnie did, they refused to give it to me.

Is there any date/time when you can prove you were not at home, like a doctors appointment or something?

I think it is one per computer and facebook account. At least unlike the rice fusions they have a good expiry date

Its gonna take some going through, though a quick look shows I did not play every day.

Will have to try and compare the list to my own list of wins.

I have just called them after getting no response via email or letter and the woman I spoke to said she would pass on my request to management for my list of play dates and times. Apparently only management can send the list. I also asked her to include with the list the address of their legal dept;)

The list was emailed to be by a Debbie Matthews
