Help.... I've lost proof of my NCD

I think the bit Quentin is quoting on the CIS site relates to people with CIS no claims proof. If you didn't have cover for a period, CIS would accept the CIS NCD proof up to 3 years old, whereas other Insurers might only accept up to a year old.
As the CIS sites states that they will accept NCD proof that is up to 3 years old as part of the new customer fulfilment process.The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0
