Double Glazing and other work costs

I have found a house I am interested in purchasing but it needs some work done to it and I want to reflect that in what I offer.

It needs new windows/doors - and there are 9 windows and 2 doors - along with a new bathroom and at some point I will need to treat the roof (there is a lot of moss on it) and re-render the house (it's a terrace).

I appreciate this is perhaps within the realms of "how much is a piece of string" but I have no experience of getting these jobs done and as such would appreciate it if anyone could give me a rough idea of how much all this would cost.

Thanks.:)

If its obvious that the house is in need of modernisation, this will be reflected in the asking price. So whether your offer will be acceptable is another question entirely.
