    I do have Flash installed, and the latest version.

    Have tried with FF, Chrome, IE8, Lunascape6 and Avant, and get stuck every time - and that's after upgrading my login earlier in the week and accessing my account then.

    Managed to get through to the Call Centre yesterday, but got a trainee who arranged a call back - they called when I was at work last night and OH didn't know what it was all about!
