i received my card today, got it registered then logged in to find they have NOT given me my free fiver, just the 5 quid i paid to get the card in the first place, i'm not well pleased at all as my email clearly states i should have ten quid on it when it's received. anyone else with this problem?
ok now i'm really irritated, i cannot find a way to contact them via their orange cash site, when i call the phone number on the letter my card came with it basically tells me if i want to talk to a real person i have to pay 50p per minute to do so! i should def have a tenner on the card it even shows in my statement that i had 10 in but then the balance is 5 and that's despite this from the email
'Be one of the first 2500 people to apply for Orange Cash though the Compare & Save website and you'll get a free card (usually £5) and £5 to spend pre-loaded onto your card when it arrives.'
EDITED to add: ok i found it but NOT on when I'm logged in, i actually had to go back and type in the original orange cash site url to even get back to a place where i could find a contact us button which just is not right! anyway if anyone else needs to contact them the email is customer.services@orangecash.co.uk
so hmm if i paid a fiver in and the card is free AND i'm supposed to get a fiver free then why do i only have a fiver for my balance?0 -
