That used to be a legal position to take but I believe has changed and now holiday has to relate to actual what appears to be the regularly worked hours. Sorry I haven't got time to check right now but someone else may be along soon who has the information at their fingertips. (I realise this holiday entitlement issue is not your personal interest right now but it may become so in the future.)superbargainhunter wrote: ». . .. Its not quite as clear cut as that, you don't get any extra for over time for example.The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
