Up to £600 of this can be withdrawn from ATMs. If you have a reduced spending limit you cannot top up your card using a debit or credit card and your maximum spending limit per single transaction is £600.

the 3rd step is loading it with money. but you should have £5 on it.

No, as the minimum age is 13 so it can't be related to credit in anyway.

Thank you - have ordered for me and hubby with the intention of sticking in the glove box of the car for those 'caught short of petrol' moments - will be enough to get us back home at least.

yep thats how it worked last time, sometimes they send a resrtictd card wich needs £5 to upgrade but the restricted one works ok
