We also launched a fundraising campaign for the postage to get the toys to seriously ill children and their siblings ( you can read about/send a cheerful letter to the kids here www.postpals.co.uk)
Then I sat back and went "wow"! I always see big toy/gift give aways, and they always seem to go to the big childrens hospitals, the big cancer charities etc and so I couldn't believe it that we won!
They are slowly being sent out (we think they are worth thousands and we could never of dreamed of affording them), they are going to really cheer up the 150 children we are helping at the moment over the coming months, we are also sharing some wit hthe charity families against neuroblastoma and saving some for future children.
It was an amazing prize but the truly amazing thing is the precious smiles they will create like this one when Samantha (www.postpals.co.uk/pals/samantha+h ) was sent a cuddly duck
