BarclayCard and Lloyds

I submitted a claim to Barclaycard and Lloyds for ppi sold on credit cards. This was done on 15 February 2011. I have not received any acknowledgement whatsoever of this claim. How long should i wait and what should i do to get this ppi refunded.
Thanks

    Your welcome.

Apparantely the HFC Customer Service Address is no longer live, as I tried emailing them yesterday and received an automated response with a tel number to ring because that email is no longer live, do you want the tel number?

The loan was with Paragon who informed me that central capital did the PPI on this loan........
The letter from Central Capital has this on it.....central capital limited is an apointed representative of central trust plc which is authorised and regulated by the Finanacial Services Authority
Also says..... Central Capital is registered in Guernsey No. 37613
    Consumer Credit Licence Number 498779

Not sure if any of that helps

    Hiya

Well going by the address you posted, the last address I posted on the one above yours meets this, so the tel number of that enclosed as well. Hope they're able to deal with this for you on behalf of your hubby, fingers crossed x
