Insurance for partnership

Hi, I need some advice.

I am looking into doing some freelance work as a trainer. My husband is also a trainer (different field to me) and may do some extra freelance work outside his main job.

If we set up as a partnership under a trading name, is it possible to get a joint policy under our company name rather than individual insurance. Also is it best to get PL and Prof Indem insurance.

Does anyone have any recommendations of who to use.

Yes, you could get an all in one cover for the both of you.

As a minimum you should have Public Liability Insurance.
