Hi
I was going to try and apply for a DRO again (couldnt before as debts went over £15000 and i had a pension) as i thought come april pensions were not going to be included as an asset. As im only 27 and have £1700 in a pensionj ive not paid into for 4 years as im not working and cant afford payments.
Looked on insolvency website and it still says no assets over £300?? Is this assets in general or are they still counting pensions?
I got my paperwork from CCCS but i dont want to sign the page saying i have no assets as it also says im declaring i have no pension but i do.
Any one clarify this for me please?

The rules changed in April this year, and pensions are no longer counted as an asset

Hi,
As already said, pensions no longer count as can asset, but you need to provide pension details as there is a drop down box within the application that asks for it. I think it is company and policy number that you need.
