ipod touch?

Hi
can anybody tell me if you can get a virus on a ipod 4G? as somebody sent me a link on twitter and i was stupid enough to open it. it contained disturbing content.
now worried it might affect my ipod even though it seems to be working fine at the moment?

There is a chance, that you may have compromised your Twitter account, someone sent me a link which whilst trying to delete I accidently clicked on.

Few days later I started to see tweets under my name, which I hadn't tweeted. They had links in them.

Changed my password and not had any since. You might want to change your password or keep a close eye on your twitter posts.
