Parcelfarce strikes again!

Bought an Ebay item with Parcelfarce delivery.

Wednesday, they missed me so rather than take to local PO (as they've done before) or leave in my ParcelBox they take back to depot.

Thu, they miss me and take back to depot, I ring at 18:00 to request redelivery on Friday

Fri, stay in all day but nothing appears, ring them at 18:00, "Oops, we forget to put it on the van. Can you be in Saturday morning?"

What a farce. I'm never going to buy from anyone using Parcelfarce again. They always manage to do the stupidest things.

So the company makes a mistake (All companies do) They arrange a new delivery for you but because of this you are never going to use a seller who uses then again. Talk about cutting your nose off to spite your face.

Also using silly names like parcelfarce is along the same lines as those people who use feebay. Just makes you look stupid.

Sounds pretty good service to me. You were out twice, they made one mistake in not delivering on Friday, owned up to it immediately and arranged a Saturday delivery which would normally cost extra as that is not a normal working day.

They have sorted out a problem quickly and efficiently - what more do you expect?
