or Spotbuyer as their invoices state, deserve a bit of praise IMO.

I order DS an iPod Touch (recon), after 6 days the home button stopped working.

Phoned them up, and they sent me an email with details for returning it while I was on the phone. I posted it later that day.

At 1 o'clock the next day I received a test saying they'd received it and would check it out. By 3pm I got a second text saying it had been fixed and was on it's way back.

Received the repaired iPod at 1pm today.

So from it going wrong on Wednesday it was fixed and returned by lunch time today. :T:T Very impressive service.
Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:
