Marvellous I have been waiting ages to cash out sat at £14.40 since June waiting for the last 60p, now I know why the survey have not been forthcoming, what a waste of my time .....
So much for the email in May:
We’re really sorry.
We had an admin problem whilst merging a new upgrade to the site meaning your emails had not been getting through and payment schedules have been completed wrongly.
We’re working hard to resolve this – but we have now stopped surveys coming through until it’s resolved.
If your payment is still due, then it will be made with a £2 bonus as compensation & will be resolved as a priority.
We hope to get back to you soon with a positive update.
