Help! I cannot access MSE forums via and computer at home anymore.

Sorry, bit of strange one.

2 nights ago and ever since then, I have been unable to access any of the MSE forums. Any other section of the MSE home page etc, is absolutely fine but for some reason it just will not let me connect to any forums. This is the same for all our our laptops at home.

I thought it was just the website, but as you can see I have no problem getting on here when at work.

Any ideas what is could be? I am at work until 5pm today and can check any replies on the forum until then.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions, it is driving me mad!!

    Hi,

please forgive my ignorance as I am not techie minded, but I did turn the router on and off again a couple of times (virgin modem I think). I will make a note of the link you have given me and try it when I get home.

I am hoping for as much info as poss, then I will print off this thread to take home with me as obviously I cannot check it when I get in :(

seems as though it could be a problem at VM's end: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/06/03/virgin_media_routing_problem/

I've had no routing problems on my VM connection (apart from it cutting out for a few mins each morning over the last 2 days or so).

Just read this and it sounds very much like this could be the cause for me...I will take a printout of the VM info home to show my husband and see if he can contact them to advise.

Hope it gets sorted soon, I love this site and spend nearly all my spare time on here...cannot go on here really when at work, today is just a one-off to find out what is going on :o
