    Thanks Grey Lady, it says in my contract that we have to maintain a financial state of affairs that is acceptable to the organisation. I know other colleagues who have had IVAs & been disciplined for them but not bankrupcy, I daren't ask a manager in case they cotton on but I may try asking the union.
